Our structural bioinfromatics lab investigates cell signaling events using computational tools.

The project focuses on kinase/substrate complexes in kinases involved in diabetes.

Ideal candidates should have a background in bioinformatics, molecular modeling or physical chemistry.

New opening: For a graduate student or a postdoctoral fellow, to work in a BSF-funded project on coarse-grained protein dynamics. Expertise in MD packages (CHARMM, GROMACS, NAMD or AMBER) is a must.
