The Joseph Marguleas Experimental Farm conducts experiments on the growth
of fruits, vegetables and ornamentals, soil preparation and
sterilization, irrigation
routine and special cultivation.
The Farm helps demonstrate the effects
of soil
types, fertilization and tilling methods, sowing, planting and irrigation
procedures, and serves as a "practical laboratory" for teaching and research.
