Aphelinidae
A medium-sized family of about 1,000 species of small chalcidoid Hymenoptera that parasitize the Aphidoidea, Coccoidea and Aleyrodidae. Species in the genera Aphytis, Coccophagus, Encarsia and
Eremotcerus contain effective natural enemies of many pests.
