Eulophidae

Eulophidae

A family of about 3,000 described species of small (up to 6 mm in length) Hymenoptera. They are ectoparasitoids or endoparasitoids of Coleoptera, Diptera, various Hymenoptera, leaf-mining Lepidoptera, and some Coccidae, like Ceroplastes floridensis. A few species, like Oncastichus goughi, are phytophagous.
